👩‍🍳 Recipe ideas

🌶️ Spicy chana masala with chickpeas

Preparation:

  1. Rinse and drain 1 can of chickpeas.
  2. Finely chop 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic and fry in oil.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon TRS chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon cumin and some turmeric.
  4. Stir in the chickpeas and 200 ml tomato passata and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and serve with fresh coriander.

🌮 Fiery Mexican chili salsa

Preparation:

  1. Roughly chop 2 tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic and 1 small onion.
  2. Puree with 1 teaspoon TRS chili powder, salt, lime juice and fresh coriander.
  3. Let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes and serve with tacos or nachos.
