Welcome to our online shop! Below we will inform you in detail about our conditions for delivery, payment and cancellation.


Payment

For payment, we accept all payment methods offered by Shopify Payments - these include credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other common methods. Please note that cash on delivery payment is not possible.


Delivery

We deliver your order reliably to Germany and Austria. As a shipping service provider, we rely exclusively on the Austrian Post or DHL.

·       Shipping costs:

    • If the goods value is below €40 We charge a flat rate €4,99.
    • From a goods value of €40 to €60 We charge a discount €2,99.
    • From a goods value of We deliver €60 free of charge.

·       Shipping time:
We will ship your order within 1-2 working days to Austria and Germany. As a rule, your package is then with you in 3-5 working days. You get one Tracking, so you always know where your order is.

·       Note on public holidays:
Please note that our deliverers are unlikely to deliver packages on public holidays. There may therefore be small delivery delays for your MAM order. We apologize for this.


Who will deliver my order?

We send most deliveries to Germany and Austria with DPD and Austrian Post.
If you have any questions about your delivery or have specific concerns, please contact us directly - we will do our best to help you.


Cancellation and return

As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal.

·       Right of withdrawal:
You can cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us in writing by email hilfe@mam-shop.at or by post. After cancellation, you are obliged to return the goods you received to us (at your own expense).
As soon as the goods are returned to us and their condition has been checked, we will refund you the purchase price within 14 days.

·       Can I change or cancel my order?
Our orders are processed and packaged very quickly. Therefore, unfortunately no changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been received - this also includes changing products, the delivery address or the payment method.
However, if you have an incorrect or inadvertent order, you may return it to us (at your own expense) or refuse to accept delivery for a refund.


I need help

If you suspect that your package has been lost or undelivered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of the original delivery date hilfe@mam-shop.at Contact us – we will then take care of your concerns. If a corresponding message is sent to us later, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will be able to cover the costs of a lost package.
