🍵 Classic matcha tea
Preparation:
- Put 1/4 teaspoon matcha in a bowl.
- Pour in hot water (approx. 100 ml) at 70–80 °C.
- Stir with a bamboo whisk (Chasen) or milk frother in Z-shaped movements until frothy.
- Enjoy immediately.
🥛 Matcha latte with oat milk
Preparation:
- Mix 1/2 teaspoon of matcha with 50 ml of hot water (max. 80 °C).
- Froth 150 ml of oat milk and add it to the matcha.
- Optionally sweeten with agave syrup or honey.
🍨 Homemade matcha ice cream
Preparation:
- Mix 400 ml coconut milk, 2 tablespoons matcha powder, 80 g sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract well.
- Pour into an ice cream maker or freeze in a container, stirring regularly.
- Serve after 4-6 hours.
