Preparation:

- Finely chop 1 clove of garlic and add it to the pan with a little ginger.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of PRB dark soy sauce with 1 teaspoon of sugar and a dash of water and add to the pan.
- Glaze the tofu in it for 2-3 minutes and serve with rice.
