🍚 Pandan coconut rice with mango

Preparation:

  1. Soak 200 g of sticky rice in water and then steam it.
  2. Mix 200 ml coconut milk with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon pandan extract and heat gently.
  3. Mix the steamed rice with the coconut milk mixture and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with fresh mango.

🥤 Refreshing pandan iced tea

Preparation:

  1. Boil 1 liter of water and let 3 tea bags of green tea steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in 1 teaspoon pandan extract and 2 tablespoons honey.
  3. Allow to cool, add ice cubes and lemon slices.
  4. Stir well and enjoy!
