MIYATA Shirataki Spaghetti Style Noodles are a low-calorie alternative to traditional pasta. Made from konjac flour, they contain only 10 kcal per 100 g and are therefore perfect for a conscious diet. The gluten-free, vegan and lactose-free pasta has a neutral, slightly al dente consistency and absorbs sauces and spices excellently.
