This vegan and lactose-free spice mixture is specially designed for preparing the popular “Kare-Kare” stew. With aromatic ingredients such as rice flour, garlic powder, onion powder and traditional spices, the mix is ideal for savory dishes with meat and vegetables.

👨🍳 Preparation & consumption recommendations
1. Cook 1 kg of oxtail or pork knuckle in 2.5 l of water until soft.
2. Remove the meat, cook 200 g aubergines and 200 g green beans in the stock for 2 minutes.
3. Mix 250 ml of stock with the spice mix and 170 g of unsalted peanut butter.
4. Add the mixture and 200 g Chinese cabbage to the meat and mix everything well.
5. Serve with rice and bagoong.
