Preparation:
- Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of Sriracha Tamarind Sauce with 1 tablespoon of honey and a little soy sauce.
- Turn the baked wings in the sauce and let them caramelize for another 5 minutes at top heat.
- Sprinkle with sesame and coriander and serve hot.

Preparation:
- Fry vegetables of your choice (e.g. peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli) in a little oil.
