What is Ai Yu Jelly?
Ai Yu Jelly is a vegetable-derived gel dessert made from the seeds of the fig plant Mesona chinensis is produced. It has a long tradition as a summer refreshing dessert in Taiwan and other Asian countries. Its consistency is reminiscent of soft jelly, but without any animal gelatine - ideal for a vegan diet.
