Preparation:
- Heat 500 ml water (do not boil).
- Dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of miso paste in a little warm water and add to the pot.
- Add diced tofu and soaked wakame seaweed.
- Let sit for 2 minutes, garnish with spring onions and serve.
🔥 Miso marinade for grilled chicken or vegetables
Preparation:
- Mix 2 tablespoons miso paste with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar and 1 teaspoon honey.
- Rub chicken or vegetables with it and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook on the grill or in the pan - especially delicious served with sesame seeds and spring onions.
