  3. Form into sushi rolls with salmon, avocado and nori sheets.
  4. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.

🥒 Asian cucumber salad with sesame

Preparation:

  1. Cut a cucumber into thin slices.
  2. Mix 2 tbsp SHIH-CHUAN sushi vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce and a little sesame oil.
  3. Mix with the cucumber slices, let sit briefly and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
