Preparation:

Preparation:
- Mix 200 g cream cheese, 100 g sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp matcha powder.
- Mix 100 g of crumbled cookies with 50 g of melted butter and press into a baking pan.
- Spread the cream cheese-matcha mixture on top and bake at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
